Risk Of Loss
All items purchased from Panel To Panel.net are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Pricing

Payment Policy
Panel To Panel.net accepts the following credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS & PAYPAL. We also accept Certified Checks and/or International Money Orders in U.S. funds; cash of any form will not be accepted. Customers using Certified Checks and/or International Money Orders will experience a significant delay in the shipping of their item(s) ordered; item(s) will not ship until the Certified Check and/or International Money Order has been received and cleared by Panel To Panel.net.
Panel To Panel.net reserves the right to charge 5% of a total order, at the time an order and/or pre-order is placed. This allows for the order to become a "confirmed" order, and takes into consideration that sometimes powers beyond the control of Panel To Panel.net prevent products from being released, from the manufactuer, in a timely manner. The remaining 95% of the purchase will then be charged when the order is being prepared for shipment. In the case of a cancellation of publication, all transactions will be refunded.
