Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and shipped to you as soon as possible. Items which are in stock "in house" will be shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). All other items which are "in stock" from our distributor, can take approximately 7 to 14 days to arrive to us; but are then shipped to you within 24 hours of our receiving them. Pre-orders will ship when the product is released from the publisher to us. You will be contacted after placing an order, and given an approximate shipping date.

Returns Policy
Panel To Panel.net only accepts returns on items that were damaged in shipping, or if the wrong product is sent to you. All other sales are final. Panel To Panel.net will replace any item that is damaged in shipping. Please contact us by email at info@paneltopanel.net and mail back the damaged item AS WELL AS THE PACKAGE AND PACKING MATERIALS you received it in. If you receive the wrong item by mistake, please contact us at info@paneltopanel.net and mail the item back. We will send you the correct item with free shipping.
